1. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. In case of limited stock, we may contact you to adjust or substitute your order.

2. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final price is confirmed at checkout or order confirmation.

3. Payments

We accept payments via M-Pesa. Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.

4. Delivery

• Same-day delivery is available within Ugunja and nearby areas.
• Delivery times may vary depending on demand, weather or availability.
• You must provide accurate delivery details and be reachable.
• Our delivery team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp using the number provided during checkout to coordinate delivery and confirm your location.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before preparation or dispatch. Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fish:

• Returns are only accepted if the product is delivered in poor condition.
• Complaints must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
• Approved refunds may be processed via M-Pesa.

7. User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing correct information and ensuring availability during delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, transport or supply disruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
